I'm just remembering a coworker of mine.. his name was Kwang from Vietnam. I have never seen such a weird worker in my whole life. about 150cm tall, 45kgs.... liftens a 50er hilti (a really big drilling machine) with one hand overhead. at the age og 64... he had a really hard accent, but always fun working with him, he always joked on me 'ju a strong man, ju german, ju hef to bi strong german guy!!' we shared food, drinks, etc... now he loves the famous bavarian Obazdn. Best example that inclusion works if both parties want to... sometimes we had to communicate with hand signs, drawings and just yelling 'eeeeehh' 'aaaaahh' 'noooo''.. worked fine ;)
