Instead of logins with usernames and passwords, the Transjovian Capsules use “identities” or “client certificates”. Based on it, a capsule name is generated for you. The name cannot be changed. If you use a different identity, you get a different capsule name. If you lose access to your identity, you lose write access to your capsule.

Well, you can always contact Alex Schroeder, but it’s tricky: how would he know that you’re not impersonating somebody else? Better export those identities and keep them somewhere safe.
