You can track your mileage (miles between dashing) and file it on your taxes. You do have to be picky with orders you take and make sure you don’t take anything less than a dollar a mile or whatever you find works best for you. Pick busy days and areas to dash in and take benefit in the added bonuses when available.

How difficult are the taxes? I have an ebike and have thought about doing it for shits and giggles for some extra $, but the prospect of taxes put me off from it
