View submission: Pala-absent daw ako sabi ni HR?
Hello po, we have leave forms po na kasama na ang request for offset i-indicate lang po duon ang target date at ung date ng weekend na trinabaho. It was signed by the HR, my superior, and the executive director.
Yes I was hoping to change it to overtime nalang, pero my job level is quite high that for that conversion.

Then compile mo yung copy of the approved requests then send. Add mo na rin payroll slips mo if pwede kasi makikita naman doon kung may absent ka, diba.
Pangit talaga ng mga ganyan na bosses/company, sorry. DOLE does not encourage offset kasi unfair. Again, di mo dapat problema yan. Sila nagbibigay schedule sayo, shouldn't be your problem kung tumama ng weekend. Sila mag adjust ng sched. Ganyan previous company na trinabahuhan ko. Currently, my boss pa ang nag-eencourage samin to file OT on weeknds or holidays. Kapag worried ako before na yun lang available flights, sasabihin niya "That's not supposed to be your problem. Book mo na and file OT."
Bottomline: hassle ng offset and unfair sa nagtrabaho. Imagine mo, 7 consecutive days a week nagwork. Nakakapagod din sunod-sunod na araw nagtatrabaho.
