I don’t know what pricing normally is in the UK but converted to USD and comparing to US prices, that’s much cheaper than if you bought them separately. So it’s a great deal... if those are the parts you planned to buy anyways.

The question is whether you need a 3900, you could likely buy a 3600 + mobo much cheaper which is great for most games. You could buy a 5600X + mobo for a similar price which will be *better* for most games than the 3900. Assuming you can actually find a 5600X for sale of course...

It's the same as a 3900x on it's own. 3600 is going for around £300. 5600x are going for around £280 but, as you say, out of stock!

'Future proofing' is a factor. I can never be chewed with rebuilding PC'S! Haha.
