For me the #1 workout that solved knee popping for me was simply Squatting. Granted I’m 27m so I’m still pretty young and this isn’t some crazy solution, but squatting by far was the thing that once it was a regular part of my workout the knee popping went away instantly.

For sure, I am a bit in the heavier side so I will usually do leg presses until I feel a bit more comfortable doing squats. When i start squats I’ll go low weights and use a brace on my weaker knee.

The treadmill trick was a game changer for me because I was able to do squats easier.
