Pro tip! Go to a treadmill put it on a level 10-15 incline( depends on treadmill brand it needs to be a noticeable incline), put the speed any where from 1-2 Mph and walk backwards for 5 min post workout.
When I do this consistently the popping in my knees stop and my knees feel really good after a while.
Play around with the numbers to see what works for you!

For me the #1 workout that solved knee popping for me was simply Squatting. Granted I’m 27m so I’m still pretty young and this isn’t some crazy solution, but squatting by far was the thing that once it was a regular part of my workout the knee popping went away instantly.
