Pro tip! Go to a treadmill put it on a level 10-15 incline( depends on treadmill brand it needs to be a noticeable incline), put the speed any where from 1-2 Mph and walk backwards for 5 min post workout.
When I do this consistently the popping in my knees stop and my knees feel really good after a while.
Play around with the numbers to see what works for you!

Until you land not-ok-enough-apparently and you hit that one nerve or tendon or whatever and your entire foot and leg are in instant pain for the next 5 minutes or so
God I hate the human body sometimes; that and also accidentally hitting your elbow

If you're having knee problems before hitting 40, you're not active enough.

If you learn to land properly and have good knees then there is no issue.

Yep, I'd fly through the air what 10-15 feet before landing, peak times. Also used to do flips on the swings while close to the ground and swinging, until I hit my head once and got drain bamage.

Yeah I used to do that all the time. I also pulled and pushed on the swing chains to go higher. Good times…

As much as I hate leg days it did greatly help with my knee. You don’t even need to go heavy just a moderate weight for maintenance purpose.

Apparently the more you do this as a little kid the more your bones grow.
Y'all would have to fact- check me on this one (Although I did this the most out of any of my siblings and I'm the tallest AFAB in the family so that's one piece of anecdotal evidence I guess)
