Having kids is not mandatory though lol just because something is a blessing doesn’t mean everyone should/will get that blessing. He’s trying to tell you God’s will for you. How does he know that? Did God tell him you were supposed to have kids?? It seems like he is the one mixing up his personal biases with God’s will. Did God tell you that he plans to bless you with children? How can you reject something that hasn’t been offered to you?

You're right! I fully agree. It just bothered me because I was like, maybe I am turning my back on what God wants for me? But I also don't think it's mandatory. Idk. I hate that I have even continued to think about it at all because I feel like that random dude wins lol.
