Thank you for the idea. It was factory when I took it out of the box, and I'm not sure a factory reset would fix it.

It seems to be a hardware fault... (I posted a separate video about it)

But I did send off a support request.

So I will wait and see.

It probably won't but sometimes weird stuff happens.

One of the first things they will have you do will probably be a reset. Other than that there's not much for you to do other than maybe look through the wiki on replacing the parts up there and maybe you find a loose screw.
