I got this P1S yesterday, and it prints really well... But at the end of every print it does this. (4 prints so far)
I'll post the settings in the replies. (New to posting)

are you using custom gcode? because my printer doesn't cut the filament 3 times.

So I can see one fault: the lever is not pushed in far enough for the magnet from the lever to come close to the sensor. This means that the printer doesn't even notice that the filament has been cut or that the lever has moved. This is probably why it tries three times. This has nothing to do with the housing jumping off, but is something jammed? Can you move the lever?
Actually, the head should be driving on the left side towards a "stud". Somehow I don't see the part on your video? Is that missing? That could also explain why the lever is not pressed. Sorry for the bad photo. There must be a plastic piece, I don't see that in your video.

Because the moment the front fell off - we didn’t get it - you continued to show us until it not only fell off but CONTINUED to run.

Reset the entire printer to factory. Reset bambu studio to factory. Try again. Redo the calibration. Confirn to yourself that you Change nothing.
If it persists after a complete factory Reset, put in a ticket to bambu.
