If you exercise you can basically do all the things you did at 20 until your 70s (except staying up late and partying).

It's very sad to see people who think you inevitably break down in your 30s.

Even worse is the mindset that once there it is inevitable. Because some of you will wake up when you are 50 and frantically spend 2 hours a day in the gym, but the damage has been done.

How you treat yourself RIGHT NOW directly defines your quality of life later on. No do-over, no time-out, no cheat codes.
