After 30 your body instantly breaks down and you die.

Stay active, exercise, and generally eat well.

Your 30's are mostly like your 20's if you don't have a family, but your friend circle will get a lot smaller.

Be careful of that sneeze. You could throw your back our and/or shit yourself.

If you're in a situation where you need to find an adult. Too bad, YOU are the adult.

If you exercise you can basically do all the things you did at 20 until your 70s (except staying up late and partying).

It's very sad to see people who think you inevitably break down in your 30s.

It's this.

You need to keep up with your body - Sleep, eating better, exercise, etc...

Sure - You won't be able to run that 6 minute mile for 6 miles at 60 any more - But you'll be able to run the 6 miles is the point.

A person *not* exercising regularly would struggle with ONE. All of that translates into things like being able to make it up a flight of stairs as you age.
