A web proxy is a web site where you paste your Gemini URL and it’ll fetch that for you and turn it into some simple HTML.
A simple proxy by mozz.us. Displays meta information about requests and has a cute fish as its logo.
A fancy proxy with advanced CSS. Is currently down.
Names are difficult. Is portal.mozz.us called Portal? Is proxy.vulpes.one called Vulpes?
Alex: “I agree. If we can, we should use the names services use on their own pages. For example, on mozz.us the title is simply ‘Mozz.us’ and later the description is simply ‘an HTTP → Gemini web proxy over at portal.mozz.us’ – so my conclusion is that it doesn’t really have a name. I’ll change ‘Portal’ to ‘Mozz.us Portal’ because that seems to make the most sense to me. Both vulpes.on and feuerfuchs.dev seem to be disabled so I’m not sure what to do. Eventually, I guess we’ll simply remove them?”

Makes sense.

I disagree. I think they are historically important. After all, Vulpes was the only gemini client that supported inline images! Are there any other? I'm not aware of them.
Does anyone have a copy of Vulpes source code? I remember seeing something useful for me there.
