Took a while to see. AV was required. Core visible. Mostly face on.

Very close to 109 Virginis. In order to observe NGC 5746 well, I had to move the west until 109 Virginis was outside of the FoV. I kept 109 Virginis in the sketch however, to maintain a good field star context.
AV really helped to see the galaxy. Mostly edge-on and long. Could not see a core.

I can see two galaxies in view. In the sketch, NGC 4274 is the fainter galaxy to the north. No core visible on it.
NGC 4278 is the galaxy to the south. A bit brighter with the core visible.

Easily seen, AV helps expand the size. Can see a few bright specks near the center.
