amulets are a kind of poem

this is not *my* project but this is *a* project I like to participate in occasionally.

amulets are a kind of poem that meets the following two conditions:

• the amulet's length is 64 bytes or less (UTF8 encoded)
• the hexadecimal digest of the amulet's SHA-256 hash contains four or more 8s in a row

That's it. Finding one is based on luck and a lil scripting. Most of the ones I've found are just from the quips[1] file.
