If itβs like real life, then what youβre proposing feels a lot like strong-arming all the independant local cafes into franchise deals with giants corporate chains, just because you canβt get your friends to agree on where to go for lunch.
Because platform choice isnβt (just) a technical decision.
Itβs a subcultural one.
People have what are often strong preferences, for reasons, and donβt necessarily want them overridden.
