I find it a bit ironic that I last made a post praising Gemini, then I went dark for about a month.
I haven't forgotten and disappeared like so many others. I've just been swamped with work, fatherhood, and a vacation.
I've been subbed out to another contractor (the same one) again. It's starting to get annoying. I infortinately got denyed by my #1 job prospect, however, a former coworker who started his own comoany has offered me a position with future growth. The only draw back is it will still be in construction and I womt have a consistant location (until the future growth). Im inclined to take it as it could turn into a cushy position. who knows? i aldo got an emergency call at 9pm that lasted 6 hours. I'm nkt opposes to being on call, but i was the backup, and the reason why the primary didn't answer was because he was playing at a gig. Ok, whata the peoblem? he didnt tell me that he would be unavailable (like hes supposed to), there is no repercussion for the behavior. In addition, my daughter decides to have a growth spurt while teething just after I left. I think she had a total of 2 hours of sleep that night.
My Daughter is now 9 months old and is as womderful as ever! She still loves standing while supported. She tries to crawl, but only goes backwards. She also loves saying "Baah!" it's super cute and I cant wait for her to start with more sounds and words.
the fun part is that my family just went on a vacation to Hershey Park and the surrounding area with my in-laws. We had a great time!
One laat thing, I shouldn't make a gemlog this long on my phone via Termux. It's a slow and annoying process, maybe I should get my laptop out for the next one.
