View submission: Bahrain declares Hezbollah a terrorist organization
Certain Hezbollah members are "accused" of carrying out the assassination of Rafik Harriri and does not mean that they have actually carried it out.
That being said the Special Tribunal for Lebanon does not have enough evidence at this time to convict any member of Hezbollah for the assassination.

Hezbollah is a murder-based organization. I hope that the people of Lebanon will rise up and throw these foul swine into the sea.
