View submission: Bahrain declares Hezbollah a terrorist organization
Sounds more realistic or in character if somebody else other than Hezbollah did the assassination.
Who is known to commit political assassinations? One country comes to mind, whose intelligence agency forged British passports and assassinated a political operative in Dubai.
Israeli Assassinations as per Wikipedia
Also the US is also able to assassinate terrorists or enemies of State, and has done so in the past and present.

Oh, you mean Mahmoud al-Mabhouh[1]? Yeah, some kind of "political operative" indeed. Quoting the article:
1: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahmoud_al-Mabhouh
Mahmoud Abdel Rauf al-Mabhouh (14 February 1960 – 19 January 2010) Arabic: محمود عبد الرؤوف المبحوح) was a senior Hamas military commander and one of the founders of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military affiliate of Hamas.
As an al-Qassam Brigades operative, Al-Mabhouh was involved in several armed actions targeting Israel, including the abduction and killing of two Israeli soldiers in 1989.In more recent years, al-Mabhouh had assumed an important role procuring weapons for the al-Qassam Brigades.
And besides the fact that the only people indicted by the UN Special Tribunal for Lebanon are Hizbollah members, I don't really remember Israel (or the US) using suicide bombers to kill their enemies, as was the case with Hariri. On the other hand, a certain organisation is known for its reliance on suicide bombings - heck, it even invented the modern iteration of that kind of attack[2] - but I just can't remember who that is; maybe you can help?
