Memory Deluge is interesting; it's a better but less save-your-ass Behold, putting you more in a position where you absolutely want to mull hands without turn 2 interaction. Maybe that's The True Way here, both for UW and UB?
Consider is interesting, yeah. I almost think it's more of a Blood on the Snow kind of card, but it's probably good everywhere.
I think Flip the Switch might be underrated, it's usually going to be a counter that burns. It's not bad.

Realistically the front end of Deluge isn't *that* much better than Behold. They both net you two cards and if you're looking for something specific they can both dig four cards deep. Seeing all four at once is definitely a major plus but I don't think it outweighs the foretell. Behold is a fantastic way to use your mana efficiently in the midgame, while Deluge just sits in your hand until either you have six or seven mana or your opponent gives you a free turn. (Or, worse, your opponent taps out for some five-drop that you don't *have* an answer to because you haven't been able to cast your draw spell!)
Deluge is obviously *good*, but it's not *amazing* unless you actually flash it back. I think we definitely still want some Beholds, and there's a good chance we want more Beholds than Deluges.
