View submission: Horticultural therapy and simple living
I’m not sure I can verbalise. It’s just getting my hands in the dirt, watching plants thrive, being absorbed and distracted in my jobs. Maybe taking myself out of the house and my worry zone. The thing is, it’s temporary, the stuff you worry about doesn’t go away…but then I go outside again. At one point I had so many pot plants 🤣
