Unfortunately, you're not the best person to be making these assertions. Your opinion is yours, not everyone else's. Nobody should be subject to pointless banning simply because you say so, ever.

The stuff coming back as ‘not violating policy’ recently has included:
-asking a minor on livestream to remove clothing and show various body parts.
-various homophobic and transphobic slurs used towards people.
-death threats, telling people to kill themselves (often because of their identity), or comments that people of a certain identity should be killed.
Which are defined under Reddit policy, and in many places the law as not being a good thing to allow…
Not asking for a report to be taken as absolute truth there’s a problem, but there’s something majorly going wrong when stuff like the above isn’t being picked up.
