I took in a 2 year old vehicle for trade in evaluation. They “lost the keys,” then after waiting two hours for them to find said keys, a manager said well actually your vehicle was hit in our parking lot so we’ll keep it for the weekend and repair it but you can drive a new ford until then. I demanded to see the vehicle and they said we’ve already locked it up behind the gate. I threatened to call the police and finally got to see my vehicle—zero scratches. They lied to get me into one of their vehicles hoping to make a sale. I’ll never drive a Ford or purchase any vehicle from a Ford dealership.
