I'm 67 and got nothing out of this. Don't think he was really honest about why he was hanging on (my description). It was for me miss titled.

I thought the whole point of this video was that he doesn't know either,despite his extensive work on the topic 20 years ago (writing the book on death). All he could do was in the end, to wait and enjoy what he had left.

That is your perspective and to you it is correct but this is his own experience and story, of which none of our opinions matter.
