This movie is perfect, top five all time favorite. In a movie full of perfect scenes, my favorite is when Sheriff Ed Tom goes to visit Uncle Ellis. My wife and I quote that scene at each other all the time.

Uncle Ellis just absolutely crushes that scene. When you think about it, that scene could have easily been almost corny if done wrong.

I can watch this movie at any time on any day. It's perfect. It's my Shawshank Redemption of the 2000s.
