View submission: Quick copy update to mod permissions
I don't entirely understand the "Manage Chats" and "Monitor Chats" permissions.

These permissions date back to when subreddit chat was a more prominent feature. Chat is currently on pause[1] as that team continues to iterate on things. Please keep an eye out for additional Chat updates in the future.

Yeah, I was going to ask: Wait, mods can do something to/with user chats? What does that even mean?
