Not as bad as I thought, thanks for the clarification. I couldn't get the preview URL to work for me (perhaps because I use old reddit as default?).

Do you mean the one with the URL param? If you use old reddit as your default you will need to change the preview URL to have new.reddit.com[1] instead of www.reddit.com[2].
