You should be able to do this directly from your community page today.
You can do this by clicking the edit icon (the pencil) in the top right corner of the sidebar widget. That will then pop up a modal where you can edit the widget’s content.
This works for all widgets, except the one that contains your mod list. You can edit your mod list in Mod Tools.
