Hi!
I'm glad that you're adding more functionality that already existed on old Reddit to new Reddit. We thank you for that.
There's still a few important things before the switch becomes feasible:
1 - Adding the ability to track a users post count and comment count in your sub. We use this to filter out bots/'creative writing' fakers in our dating sub. New Reddit does not have this functionality and it is the main thing holding us back from switching.
2 - Better user notes. Right now if you add a user note there's just a little flag next to their name. This is lacking in functionality compared to mod toolbox user notes which allow you to see what's written in the notes and color code them for quick review.

Thanks for sharing these ideas. See below for some updates:
Adding the ability to track a users post count and comment count in your sub.
We're currently building this into the new mod queue experience[1] we recently announced via the "user contextual panel" and will continue to make improvements to it over the coming weeks/months.
Better user notes
This makes sense to me. I'll pass this along and make sure it gets added to our list of potential improvements for User Notes.
