How do you remove things without removal reason? Used to it was a button, now you have to swipe and press a button??? How is that easier???
If I’m not missing anything and that’s what they’re talking about, they need to fix it ASAP.
I for one, will not be wasting any extra time out of my life for unpaid work on this site, just for them to make it harder on my main way of moderating, that is extremely backwards thinking.
I will say the new Modmail is fine, maybe even better, but they are clueless or acting clueless about what moderators really want- efficiency. Give us a scheduled posts option, give us a banner option as well as to ‘move it around adjusting tool’ so it looks good without having to resize it manually every time because it looks different on all desktop, Android, and iOS- none look the same. Make it easier to remove petty arguments in comments instead of swiping and marking as spam.
They’re pushing these removal reasons and there has to be a motive behind it, is it AI behind-the-scenes automation related? It’s got to be something, though.
