I found a bunch of Automod rules to reject posts with certain URLs, but they were written by the former mod who let the sub go dormant. I found out that those Automod rules aren't applied anymore, the rejection of posts with a.co URLs is applied site-wide at a higher tier level and can't be changed. It's also not anything you can change with the high/mid/low spam filter setting.

I found other mods complaining about the same thing and apparently there's no way to whitelist URLs per sub or anything.
