A lead moderator generally has broad discretion as to the content and POV of a community. If you don't like it you can join another community, or create your own.

That said, there are still site-wide rules[1] which *are* enforced by administrators.. And the behavior you are describing could violate those rules, especially the rule against harassment[2] and the one against posting private or personal information[3].

But the behavior you describe in the first paragraph doesn't necessarily violate these rules. They can post negative opinions and reviews of a company, can censor positive opinions and reviews, and aren't necessarily required to allow constructive conversation.

But if there is content that goes beyond things like criticisms of products and business practices and instead amounts to abuse or personal attacks, that is what you should report.
