In my experience the mobile banner uploaded in redesign replaces the redesign banner in app, not in desktop mode. And the mobile banner in old does nothing.

I can't find these buttons, I hit mod tools, and appearance doesn't come up. I am on mobile. It does come up on my Wii u, but I can't upload images there. What do I do?
