This will be lengthy, my apologies, but I wanted to cover everything.

In the long run, my immediate needs with regard to this (horrible) new UI are as follows:

1. The text size (of normal comments and the body of posts) is too small and needs to be restored to the same size it was in new.reddit.com. This change needs to happen immediately and needs to be prioritized before any other changes except those relating to Reddit crashing. I have pretty good eyesight, and the text is smaller than any other website I'm on and print magazines as well.

2. I cannot sort posts by flair, that capability has not been implemented in this UI.

I previously mentioned both of these, and there has been no action. If you cannot get in touch with the developer team, or you do not have sway with them, I need to know how to get in touch with them myself. Enough is enough. I'm sorry to be harsh, but I've been very patient.

In addition, I was very put off by the tone of the admin who wrote last week's post in r/modnews and a follow up comment yesterday. He spoke about the deprecation almost with glee. He was also very transparent about this new UI being a work in progress. That is unacceptable. Normal practice in IT is to make sure all the bugs have been worked out and all functionality is complete before discontinuing the previous version. That obviously hasn't happened with Reddit. I, and others, need (this is no longer just a want) new.reddit.com to be restored until this new UI is completely finished and extensively tested with the user base that doesn't care. That means, for at least the next 12 months, and probably longer. That admin mentioned this being the culmination of a year of hard work, and this UI is nowhere near ready for prime time.

The last time I wrote, you told me that you passed my feedback to the correct team. That hasn't gotten me anywhere. I either need you to actively follow up with the developer team, or tell me how to get in touch with them myself. Thank you.
