She hasn’t, and I think this is probably the most important thing that I can encourage her to take up. As well as career mentors.
Any recommendations to find career and mental help therapists? Preferably both roles since it’s the core of ongoing issues

+1 on the career coach. I have a fantastic one and happy to recommend, feel free to DM me. Burnout is real. And burnout coupled with unsatisfying work that just doesn’t motivate you is a bad headspace to be in. A career coach can definitely help not just with finding the purpose but also motivation.

Many therapists advertise their services on PsychologyToday. Filter by the “Career Counseling” section for a list of therapists in your region. Hopefully that helps!

I also was going to recommend career coaching. The book "what color is your parachute" is very helpful as well.
