"out-coached nearly every game" is a cruel oversimplification when you think about our 4-0 win at the Etihad, 3-0 at Old Trafford, 4-0 at Villa Park (and 4-1 at home), beating Liverpool in the league cup etc. Those games are us at our best, and for so much of the last two years we haven't been at our best because of the players we've had injured and the lack of good quality cover for them.
I suppose you can rebuild without the manager, but so much of modern football is about playing systems. If we keep changing the system we're playing, how will we ever bring in a full squad of players that can play that system?

Whilst I’ll give you beating City 4-0 and Villa 4-1 were good, beating United 3-0 was against 10 men for a whole half but we were battering them anyway before the red on halftime, same as Villa 4-0 it was 10 men and two goals in added time at the end of the 90 against tired men. Even beating Liverpool 1-0 wasn’t that impressive considering how we played second leg.
There’s been so many games that outweigh a handful of good performances. It hasn’t worked out and he won’t adapt or change because “it’s who we are”. I would rather a coach who knows how to set teams up more structurally sound and not so easy to play against.

Outliers, look at the overall trend, it’s straight down the fucking toilet.

These players don't suit the "system" we are playing now. It would be great to get a manager in who would look at the players we have & play the system that suits them best.
