You mean around the time Trump ran for president and 4chan starting pushing pizziagate and qanon stuff? Is that the switch that flipped? Notice how it's been basically a fox news topic highlight reel for the past 6 years around here and the second Russia goes to war, is sanctioned and cut off from the world, number's to this sub miraculously drop off? Hmmmm what could it all mean?

Well... Definitely not what I think you're getting at. If russian trolls/bots were pushing that narrative, they would have ramped their effort up. The last thing they'd do is vanish completely - and just look at some of the replies to threads in this sub, they definitely haven't.
So, it's not that. It's something else. IMO at least... But, maybe I'm wrong with that you were insinuating.
