I have a standing desk and currently have the PC on a small desk next to the standing desk (so that the weight of the PC doesn't have to be lifted constantly by the desk). It's not the best looking/most stable thing on earth.

Anyone else have a similar setup with a suggestion on what to put it on? The best idea I've had is an art display pedestal like they have at museums, but they're awfully pricey, so making sure I haven't missed something more obvious.

This pole/wall mounted stand[1] looks like it might work for you.

I have the pc on the floor beneath the desk. Monitor cables are just long enough for standing position. Mouse and keyboard are wireless. I only need to remember to unplug the webcam before raising the desk.
