Cases with optical drive bays seem to be a complete rarity these days. I picked the Be Quiet! Dark Base Pro 900 MK.2 for my build, which has 2 optical drive bays... haven’t actually received it yet, should be arriving tomorrow but from everything I’ve seen online, it seems like a really nice, well built case with a lot of flexibility to make of it exactly what you need.
As someone who needs drive bays, I didn’t really find anything else even worth considering.
