Normal fans really don't need 1A to run, it's usually a quarter or fifth of that (0.2-0.25A), so it doesn't really matter. The usual config is to have the AIO pump plugged into whatever header that runs it at 100% speed all the time, and the radiator fans plugged into the CPU_fan header to be controlled according to the CPU temperature. Some people control the pump's speed too, but as far as I know it's better for the pump to just run it at full speed all the time.

The AIO is going in the Aio pump port. But youre saying it wont matter? On another note will it damage the fans/mobo if i use the high voltage port on them? Is there any difference in the end on whether you use the cpu fan port or a normal one? Since the manual stated that the cpu fan connector is highly recommended
