Made a new build and can't seem to get my RAM to run at its advertised speed. The XMP default used 3200MHz/1.35V which doesn't boot. Tried 3200MHz/1.4V but it didn't work. Currently running at 3000Mhz/1.35V which seems stable. Is this normal or should I return the RAM?

It may be worth looking for a BIOS update, they can improve stability/compatibility with memory modules

It's a bit of a long shot, but maybe try the other two RAM slots. It should definitely be able to run at XMP settings. You might have to return it.

I have exactly the same problem, I was told to play around with the timings. I tried it all with no success. Currently running at 3000 and have a blue screen of death from time to time.
