Don't get a Z-series motherboard if you're not getting a K-series CPU. The only real advantage of getting a Z-series mobo on a non-K is being able to overclock RAM, but the performance difference isn't really worth the price difference.
Anyway.
Because you're not overclocking, IMO just get the cheapest 2933MHz-3200MHz RAM you can find. 2933MHz is the fastest RAM your CPU + a non-Z series can support, so if you get something around that range you'll get the max performance while saving money.
Also worth mentioning that the 2080Ti might be absurdly priced right now, considering the 3070 is $500 and matches it in everything. Also the i7-10700 is overpriced at more than $300 or so because the R5 5600X is $300.
Not that the 3070 or 5600X are in stock. It's an awful time to be building a PC right now.
There's nothing here!
