View submission: Hyosung gv650s turbo??
I am not sure that upping the horsepower on something of extremely questionable quality is a good idea, at the same time, let me know how it works out.

I've put 1600km since I bought it, not a single hiccup. Apparently the only real problems that arise with these are electronic, like the stator and the rectifier.
Mechanically they are pretty well built, people do change the belt drive to a chain drive. The belt cost as much as the conversion plus chain.
If I do wreck the engine, the engine off a gt650 is the same but has one extra gear, and they are cheap enough...
Thanks, I'll check out the omnicalculator.

A friend had a Hyosung 250 road bike which we only used for thrashing around a paddock and for burnouts. It lasted wayyyyy longer than it should have. Never had an oil or filter change over the 10 years we used it, was missing the muffler, it went through multiple rear tires, was held at redline for 5mins on multiple occasions and still ran even when we finally blew a hole in the case. I have no doubts OPs bike will hold up to some extra air.
