There's nothing Perkeo can do that this joker cannot, though it definitely takes more setup to do something like infinite xmult (you'd have to get lucky with DNA and hologram for example). On the other hand, there's a lot you can't do with perkeo, and this joker is much less likely to punish you for picking it up early. Making econ jokers not cost you a slot is insanely good and can lead to both faster and better econ than 1 hermit/round.
Edit: Just my opinion, not sure why that deserves downvoting. I don't see any sane person picking Perkeo over this at any state in any run. It's not fast enough to beat this joker.
