You cant appeal anything. My friend was banned for "hate speech" recently. It was obvious sarcasm directed in anger against a racist troll. He lost an account of 6 years and has no way to get it back.

End of story. There is no justifying it, just don't to it to begin with? That much doesn't seem difficult, but I guess it is for some people...
