Kind of. But reddit pushes popular way more than all. The first party reddit all for example has “news” your feed and “popular” you have to go to all like a subreddit. If they want to push popular so hard it would be nice if you sub filter worked on it. Additionally they could go back to promoting all since there’s really not much difference between the two anyway.
