there are many subs in that list that make me think "lolwut?" because I've never seen the sub on /r/all. and some that only made it once in the past 2 years to /r/all.

no idea why so many users filter those subs, but more than half of those mentioned subs don't make it to /r/all consistently to need filtering.

Once you filter out the political subs a lot more stuff can get to the top that then requires more filtering.
