View submission: does anyone else thinks our Algerian ramadan desserts are way too sweet?
Our deserts in general are mostly just sugar and fat like the ones in the picture but also ma9rout, ba9lawa...

Ma9rout is very mild, actually. The sweetness comes from the dates themselves. It's my favorite for that exact reason.
