I'm not entirely sure I do? You said these are things trans women don't experience. I don't really see how outside apearances matter while talking about the challlenges people face.

Internal experiences. External experiences. One is how you navigate your inner world, thoughts, perceptions, and mental health. The other is how you navigate society and interacting with other people. For the latter, a major factor that determines how this goes is how you are perceived by society and other people. If society and other people see a man, they will treat you as one. That's what I mean. Being seen as a man doesn't negate the mental hell of being trans.
